Students in the Eureka Union School District continue to demonstrate their exemplary achievement and ongoing progress on statewide assessments. The district is highly regarded for its outstanding, well-trained instructional staff, low class sizes, caring communities and safe schools in which children are learning at very high levels.
Eureka students demonstrate their sustained outstanding achievement as compared to neighboring districts, which serves to document the tremendous success of our students as a result of our fine instructional programs and partnerships throughout the district. Once again, Eureka Union ranks first when compared to districts throughout Placer County with an impressive API of 918, an unprecedented district wide score. The district is extremely proud that all seven in the district schools have achieved an API of 898 or higher. These schools include: Excelsior, Greenhills, Maidu, Oakhills and Ridgeview Elementary Schools and Cavitt and Olympus Junior High Schools. Read more here.
