Our goal in the Eureka USD is to encourage good health habits with our staff, students and families in order to foster good health and help prevent the spread of communicable diseases. Diseases, such as influenza, pertussis (whooping cough), enterovirus- D68, and Ebola have been featured in the news media recently.

The Eureka USD Health Services and administrative team, in collaboration with Placer County Health and Human Services and the Placer County Office of Education, will continue to monitor current information about these health issues and follow guidelines provided by the CDC (Centers for Disease Control). Please review the helpful information from Placer County Health and Human Services in the following attachment.
